Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Payments for services provided by astrogpt.me are processed through Paddle, our authorized reseller and payment provider. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund policies, as well as our internal terms described here.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Technical Issues: If you were unable to access the service due to technical issues on our side that we could not resolve in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Billing Errors: If an error occurred in billing, such as duplicate charges.
  • Unfulfilled Services: If you purchased a consultation or subscription but did not receive the promised service.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after receiving the service.
  • Dissatisfaction with the outcome of consultations, as these are subjective and provided for informational purposes only.
  • Partial usage of a subscription or unused portions of a billing cycle.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@sandbox.astrogpt.me within 14 days of your payment. Provide:
    • Your name and email address.
    • The date and amount of the transaction.
    • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  2. We will review your request and may contact you for additional information.
  3. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed by Paddle. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your payment method.

4. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
  • Refunds for subscriptions are only granted if the cancellation request is made within the first 14 days of the subscription period, provided the service has not been substantially used.

5. Processing of Refunds by Paddle

As Paddle is our payment provider and Merchant of Record, all refunds will be processed through their system. Once a refund is approved, Paddle will issue the payment back to your original method of payment.
